What: Mindful group chats/therapy that feel easy and open, meditation made easy, embracing the elements for mental health, yoga, beginner guided hike, foods, fire, dancing, fun

Where: Historic 1800’s Former Inn; The Bartlett Village House in Bartlett NH
How: register now online @ by 2/14 before this opens up to the public.
Goal: Enter the Spring season with a new “spring” in your step that lasts all life long!

Mindful talks and therapeutic teachings will focus on :
