I have learned what works\, because I have made ALL of the mistakes.  But as I have been working to change the lives of others\, I found the key\, and have been practicing what I preach. I have used it to change my own life…   But just not in the way you might think.\n\nIt wasn’t by finding the perfect person. Or teaching everyone around me how to be the way I thought they should be. There was something else that was way more important.\n\nSee\, it turns out that underneath it all\, we are all the same.  We all have the same issues\, but they are disguised as something else.  Our childhood experiences and the continuous pressure to conform have set the tone for our responses in our adult life.\nBy understanding the power of true self love\, and perspective\, you can find real joy.\n\nThe only person stopping you\, is YOU.\n\nI know\, I thought that sounded silly too.
